This company has recently acquired a patent on image linking. As such, we will not be able to employ this technique anymore.
ZDNet Asia has reported this news. A few companies in Singapore have received notifications regarding payment of usage of “locating webpages via visual image”. This may include, but not limited to, flash linking and silverlight linking.
